This hasn't happened yet, but now that we know Ben is a member of Lifehouse, he could pop up any second. And we're still waiting for someone to update Lifehouse's website graphic.

The budget for Who We Are is closed and so the label will likely not change anything until the new album is further along.

Yeah That's what I figured - they always re-do the website when it's time to promote a new album. I guess we'll have the 3-headed monster for another while.
