Happy 2009, everyone. I just set up a tag system to organize the comics into themes. Since they're in chronological order, the comic themes are kind of scattered all over the place. But now with the tags, you can read the comics in a more meaningful order, and pick up sequential subtleties that you might have missed the first time. Look for the tags in the reference comments, and check out this Tag List (eventually I'll add that page to the new menu items). Stay tuned for new updates.
